REGISTRATION TYPE DESCRIPTION

HWEA Conference Registration (HWEA Member, Non-Member, HWEA Life/Neighbor Island Member, Student):

  • 2-Day Main Conference: Informative technical program & access to exhibits featuring vendor booths, lunch for both days, and pau hana on Wednesday, November 4th.  

*Please note that all HWEA Members are required to enter their HWEA member number to be eligible for HWEA member rates.

Vendor/Exhibitor Registration

  • Vendor/Exhibitor Booth: Includes one (1) complimentary registration, lunch, and pau hana attendance.  Please note additional vendor/exhibitor attendees must register separately at the member/non-member conference rate.

Refund Policy:

  • All general cancellation requests must be made by emailing collection-systems@hwea.org.
  • Requests must be made by the deadlines specified below to receive the refund amount of the registration order.
  • Cancellations made by 10/1/2025 will receive a 95% refund of registration fees.
  • Cancellations made by 10/24/2025 will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.
  • Any cancellations made after 10/24/2025 will not receive a refund.
