His work included desi gn of large housing subdivisions\, regional municipal infrastructure such as large trunk sewer mains\, lift stations and storm water detention basin s\, and even vineyard plantings. He held water models for a handful of sma ll cities. He arrived on to Maui in early 2022 with the Department of Publ ic Works\, then moved to the Department of Water Supply where he is curren tly the chief engineer for the utility.
