HWEA conducted a member survey, a SWOT analyses, and a strategic planning session recently in order to update the association's strategic plan. The result is the attached HWEA Strategic Plan 2019-2022. 

The Executive Board is asking for Members to send any comments and suggestions in the next two weeks prior to adopting the plan. Please send your comments to the president, Roger Babcock (rbabcock@hawaii.edu) or any other board member no later than February 6, 2019. Thank You.
