The proposed amendments to the HWEA Constitution & Bylaws were accepted in May 2018. The final version is available to download HERE. Thank you to all who took the time to review and vote on the amendments, especially to our Board Advisory/Constitution & Bylaws Committee for developing the draft.

Beginning with the Winter issue of 2018, we have made the decision to have Craig Kelman & Associates provide their professional publishing services to revive an enhanced version of our once important and valuable publication – Lua Line. In addition to transforming the printed edition into a full color glossy magazine, Lua Line will now have an exciting new eMagazine version as well. The first volume of the revived LUA LINE  is now available digitally HERE.
