In honor of Make a Difference Month, the YP Committee is doing a community service event:
Saturday, October 20th, 2018

We will be joining Chi Epsilon in cleaning the area around the University. Tools and supplies will be provided. Please wear closed toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. They ask that you bring gloves if you can, as well as sun protection and water. If you are interested or have any questions please contact Daniel at dkoge@hbws.org

The Hawaii Water Environment Association (HWEA) will provide funding up to $3000 to support Civil Engineering undergraduate research projects on wastewater topics supervised and approved by an engineering faculty for the Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters. The student or students, working with faculty, must prepare a three-page research proposal and email to the HWEA Research Committee for possible approval.
