The definition of green infrastructure (GI) is nebulous and poorly defined, confirms a recent study published in the journal Frontiers in Ecology and the Environment.
On October 27, HWEA hosted its third quarterly luncheon of the year at Dave and Buster’s Paina Hale. Our guest speakers were Mr. Matthew Gonser, AICP, CFM, Chief Resilience Officer and Executive Director, and Mr. Alexander Yee, Coastal and Water Program Manager, both from the City and County of Honolulu, Office of Climate Change, Sustainability and Resiliency (OCCSR). Their presentation was titled “Climate Ready Oahu and One Water”.
The HWEA Biosolids & Co-Generation Committee held its 2022 HWEA Bi-Annual Biosolids & Co-Generation Workshop for 120 attendees.
