After a brief two year break due to the ongoing pandemic, HWEA was thrilled to return in-person to WEFTEC 2022 held in New Orleans, Louisiana! To bring together those attending WEFTEC 2022, HWEA hosted its annual Pau Hana
on October 9, 2022 at Briquette on South Peters Street.

Over 50 HWEA members and guests enjoyed each other’s fellowship while partaking in the delicious Creole pupus and drinks served. During the event, HWEA recognized Kyle Yukumoto for his service as the HWEA Delegate for the past three years and welcomed Audrey Haerle to the HWEA Board as the incoming HWEA Delegate.
